NFL Draft Futures Odds for 2024 selection event
The 2024 NFL Draft will be at the end of April. But it’s never too early to start thinking about the big event. This is typically what most fans view as the unofficial kickoff to a new season, and it’s a chance for teams to improve in some big ways.
There aren’t a ton of NFL Draft odds that are currently available, but there are going to be some interesting options that exist. Betting on the number 1 overall pick will always be a good option. But things can settle this year.
Other betting options exist, and here is a look at some of the top options to check out ahead of the NFL Draft.
First Overall Pick
One of the best ways to check out the NFL Draft odds is to look at the odds for which team will choose the player with the first overall selection. There are some years in which it’s not easy to make NFL Draft AI picks for the top selection, but that’s not the case this year.
Caleb Williams is currently the clear betting favorite to be the number one overall pick as those odds are at -1100. Williams is the clear favorite since before the last college football season started, and nothing is going to change those odds.
Jayden Daniels currently has the next best odds with the number one overall pick in the NFL Draft as he is sitting at +750. Drake Maye is another top quarterback in the mix with odds at +850, but he has actually seen his stock fall a bit.
The Las Vegas Raiders QB Draft will be one to check out as that franchise will be looking to make a big move at that position. That won’t impact the top overall pick in the draft as the Chicago Bears are going to have the first selection, and they will be looking to upgrade at the quarterback position.
First Non-QB
There are a number of NFL Draft odds to check out before the event takes place in April, and they don’t all focus on the most important position on the field. When trying to break down some NFL Draft analysis, it’s important to look at the entire draft and then make some predictions.
Trying to make NFL AI picks on other positions can also lead to a chance to make some money, and there are some great options available. Looking at NFL team stats can allow you to make predictions on other players that will be chosen, and there are interesting odds for that as well.
Marvin Harrison Jr. is expected to be the first non-quarterback selected in the 2024 NFL Draft and his odds in this market are set at -650. That does make Harrison the overwhelming favorite to be taken early in the draft, but Joe Alt is another option at +800.
Teams are always looking for impact players on both sides of the football and they will also need to replace some players that are on the NFL injury report.
Look for More Odds
There is still a couple of months to focus on potential NFL player stats for the names at the top of the draft board as the teams will choose them early in this event. Eventually, more betting odds will post on the NFL Draft, and there will be some great value picks that can make.
The NFL continues to be the sport that dominates the sports betting industry, and every single event is one that attracts some great attention. Be sure to keep an eye out for more NFL Draft odds. And jump on them when you find some value.
