NFL Pro Bowl Games, Odds, Prediction and Analysis
The 2024 Pro Bowl Games will be this weekend, and it’s going to be a unique format put on by the National Football League. The action actually begins on Thursday, February 1, but things will conclude on Sunday, February 4th.
All of the action will take place at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida, and members of each conference will be competing in games to try to rack up some points. There will play a football game as well, but don’t expect to see any tackling taking place.
Here is a look at some of the Pro Bowl odds ready, and how some of the big events are going to play out.
Several Mini Events
The NFL was struggling to get players to compete in the actual Pro Bowl Game and they made a massive change to the traditional format. There are 10 mini events set to take place, and the Pro Bowl odds are listed at -110 for both sides in each event.
This will still be a matchup featuring the AFC vs NFC, but things are going to play out much differently than what you would expect. The NFC roster is not going to feature any members of the San Francisco 49ers, while the players from the Kansas City Chiefs won’t be competing either.
There are five games set to take place on February 4th, and there are NFL odds set for each matchup. Those games include:
GAMES |
---|
Madden |
Gridiron Gauntlet |
Tug-of-War |
Move the Chains |
Flag Football |
The NFL tried to prevent any NFL injuries by eliminating the actual football game, but it’s hard to keep track of what will happen. These are still professional athletes and they will start to get the competitive juices flowing as soon as the competitions begin.
Making NFL computer picks for each of the first four events on Sunday is going to be difficult, and it’s best to assume that each conference will win at least one competition. The NFL schedule for the action has been difficult to follow as well, and there could end up being multiple events happening all at once.
Try to get the best value that you can possibly get, and always bet on an upset if that becomes an option. It’s not smart to simply back the favorite because these games are going to be so unique.
All About Flag Football
The real Pro Bowl odds that you are going to want to check out come from the Flag Football game and that will be the most normal thing of the weekend. This format is still a little bit different than just one set football game, but it will at least have all of the best players in the world on the field.
You can usually predict how NFL matchups are going to go based on the betting odds, and they are extremely tight ahead of this one. Both the AFC and NFC have odds set at -110, and you aren’t going to see an over/under betting line set.
The AFC players are going to be looking for revenge in this event as they suffered a loss to the NFC a year ago to end a long winning streak. Even though the AFC team won’t have any members of the Chiefs, this conference still loads with some elite talent.
The wide receivers for the AFC are going to end up being the difference, especially when you look at a player like Tyreek Hill. He is going to have a ton of open space to make some big plays in this flag football showdown and that will allow his conference to take control.
Even if you choose to sit out on betting on the Pro Bowl Games, this will be an event that brings plenty of drama and excitement.
